Air Mc is a young, dynamic company in a serious growth phase. We have an open and level management platform and look for team members who love the excitement of being part of something as it takes flight. We want people who'll grab their role by the scruff of the neck and make things happen.

We're currently looking for an experienced HVAC and Refrigeration Service Manager to join our team.

Predominantly a commercial HVAC business, our domestic and light commercial division is developing quickly and we need someone to spearhead it. If you're confident, self sufficient, well organised and keen to lead - come and show us what you've got.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, generate and process leads
  • Build, send and follow up service quotes
  • Generate additional work from maintenance activities
  • Undertake "hands-on" work as required
  • Answer customer queries, maintain relationships with existing clients and suppliers, build and develop customer network
  • Manage service staff
  • Manage routine maintenance activities
  • Learn and use the Simpro operating system
  • Close out jobs (commissioning reports, job notes, costs, move to invoicing)
  • Build and streamline the service department


Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of refrigeration engineer Level 4 trade certificate or equal
  • 8yrs+ industry experience in commercial HVAC service / maintenance essential
  • Service manager experience preferred
  • Good computer skills
  • Team player
  • Good with numbers
  • Good English language skills
  • Good personal presentation
  • Pro-active and able to work well under pressure
  • Organised and systematic
