The award-winning The Majestic at The Mayfair is looking for passionate, talented hospitality professionals to join our team in Christchurch. If you thrive in a fast-paced café, love crafting cocktails, or excel in customer service, we want to hear from you.

Barista & Café All-Rounder
We are looking for a part time skilled barista with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience who can handle a high-volume café environment. If you can pour the perfect flat white while keeping up with the morning rush, this role offers 8-16 hours (1-3 days), including weekends and holidays. Flexibility around shifts is required.

Food & Beverage All-Rounder – Part-Time
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can jump into different tasks, including running food and drinks, clearing tables, taking orders, and assisting with general café operations. This is a flexible part-time role with hours that adjust seasonally and based on demand.

Waiter/Waitress & Bartender - Part-Time (20+ Hours)
We need an experienced hospitality professional with at least two years in a similar role. Strong wine and beverage knowledge is essential, along with the ability to create cocktails in our 57-seat restaurant and cocktail bar. A Duty Manager’s Certificate (or willingness to apply) is highly regarded.
