Finance and Insurance Business Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and people-focused individual to join our finance and insurance team. You’ll work closely with our sales team to offer tailored finance and insurance solutions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every customer. This is a key role that combines sales, compliance, and customer service - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

What you'll do:

• Guide customers through finance and insurance options in a friendly, professional way
• Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handover from sale to settlement
• Learn how to structure finance deals, submit applications, and ensure compliance
• Support customers to make informed decisions that suit their needs
• Contribute to dealership targets and celebrate the wins as a team
