Are you looking for a hands-on role in the meat processing industry? We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Knife Hand / Process Worker to join our Auckland based team. If you have experience working with raw meat and are skilled with knives, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cutting, trimming, and processing raw meat to company specifications
  • Operating knives and other cutting tools safely and efficiently
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
  • Assisting with general processing and packing duties as required


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in meat processing or as a knife hand
  • Ability to work efficiently in a cold and physically demanding environment
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Understanding of food safety and workplace health & safety practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
