As a chef you will be responsible for:

• Have excellent attitude and willing to learn
• Assist in any way as assigned by executive & head chef
• Maintain standards of food preparation by following company recipe manual
• Maintaining standards of food and kitchen hygiene
• Ensure stock is kept under optimum conditions and rotated accordingly
• Ensure that all dishes pass correctly garnished, correctly portioned and presented

Suitable applicants will have the following skills

• A friendly, positive and warm personality
• At least 4-5 years cooking experience
• Willing to follow directions exactly
• Observe a habit of personal cleanliness
• Willing to work irregular hours according to the needs of the food service operation
• Able to work in a team
• Efficient worker who uses initiative
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff
