Brook Carr Building is looking for a Foreman to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential builds, working closely with architects and clients to deliver exceptional homes.

About the Role:
- Lead a team of skilled carpenters and apprentices on-site
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standard
- Work closely with architects, subcontractors, and clients
- Maintain a safe and efficient worksite
- Problem-solve and make decisions that keep the build progressing smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- Trade-qualified carpenter with leadership experience
- Strong understanding of high-end residential construction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workflows and mentor apprentices
- A keen eye for detail and quality craftsmanship
