About the Role: As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service while preparing for future leadership opportunities. Your responsibilities include:
- Customer & Staff Engagement: Deliver exceptional experiences to customers and staff. Ensure accurate booking of service and repair appointments.
- Administration: Handle quotations, costing, and invoicing. Maintain clear communication between Workshop Technicians and customers, keeping them informed about their vehicle's progress.
- Support: Assist the Service Manager in overseeing service operations and providing direction to a team of Service Advisors.
Reporting to the Manukau Service Manager, you will contribute to a vibrant, innovative environment that values excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
About You:
- Experience: Relevant experience in the automotive service industry is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Confident and effective communicator with the ability to interact with technical teams, customers, sales staff, and Toyota New Zealand.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and address queries proactively.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy for invoicing and administrative tasks.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as required.
- Eligibility: Must be currently eligible to work in New Zealand.
