Well established business, under new ownership

About Us:
Easdale Surveyors is a NZ owned, medium sized, long standing reputable business located in East Auckland. Recently under new ownership and with significant growth opportunities in the future, we are now looking for an experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with leadership capability to join our highly successful team.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Undertaking various types of surveying. Eg.land transfer, topographical and land development
  • Preparing land development plans for clients
  • Managing key projects in the greater Auckland region
  • Liaising and building strong relationships with clients, councils, LINZ and consultants and engage with the community as required



What you will have:

  • Experience as a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor
  • Experience in all types of surveys, including land transfer, engineering set-out and as-builts, topographic mapping
  • A good knowledge of the resource consent process
  • Experience in the New Zealand Land Transfer System
  • Knowledge of 12d, Landonline and AutoCAD software
  • Knowledge of the current rules for Cadastral Surveying and associated guidelines
  • Exceptional abilities to prioritise workloads and make good commercial decisions
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • A full NZ drivers’ licence.
  • Leadership experience in a high performing team environment preferable
