About the role
Working Tuesday to Saturday, you will be one of the faces of the showroom, greeting and guiding Interior Designers, Architects, Property Developers and individual customers through the exciting prospect of selecting pieces from the impressive showroom. Your role will be to:

  • Ensure the showroom displays are presented to a high level and reflect the ECC brand
  • Service the retail clients; advise, consult, follow up, sell
  • Present a knowledgeable, welcoming, professional style for customers
  • Perform administration duties in support of client orders
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer service commitment with existing & new clients
  • Place product orders and complete invoices
  • Liaise with Accounts and Operations, monitor progress of orders and delivery

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of delivering sales with a focus on interiors and design
  • Strong understanding of professionalism and producing high quality work
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, to build & maintain relationships
  • Industry exposure ideally within design, product, interiors arena
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Experience working with sales software and platforms
