We are looking for multiple skilled Forklift Operators to join our client’s busy team in East Tamaki. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing, loading and unloading steel products for storage or shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moving goods and materials to different locations around the facility.
  • Ability to work in a serious and fast-paced environment.
  • Loading and unloading materials in accordance with production plans.
  • Operating forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring the safety of yourself and fellow workers.
  • Assisting with securing loads before transportation.
  • Communicating effectively with team members to maintain a safe working environment.


Requirements:

  • Previous forklift experience is required.
  • Current and valid Counterbalance license required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Machine operating experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle challenging situations.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and safety-conscious attitude.
