We are currently seeking a new South Island Regional Supervisor, based in Christchurch. This is a contract role and hours fluctuate between 20-30 hours per week depending on the demand in the region.
The key tasks for this role is to work with the Regional team to deliver key elements of a successful campaign including but not limited to:
- Talent management– including recruitment, training, booking, talent reporting, performance evaluations and recommendations.
- Field management – staff compliance, feedback reports, ongoing training.
- Developing close and productive collaborative relationships with ambassadors
- Working with Assets Manager to manage maintain all campaign collateral
- General campaign and business admin where required
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and/or business environment such as modelling/temp/recruitment agencies. You'll need to be confident on the phone and great at handling people.
The job can be challenging at times due to both client demands and the nature of such a people-focused role so great energy and a willingness to persevere are essential, as is flexibility and excellent time management.
Key Requirements :
- You will be required to oversee storage, collateral and field management in your regions so the ability to get your hands dirty from time to time is a requirement.
- Attention to detail and an organised approach to your work are also critical to both the successful execution of client campaigns and staying on top of administrative and compliance aspects of the role.
- This role is autonomous as our head office is based in Auckland, so need to be self-motivated.
