About the job
We’re looking for a Senior Marketer who thrives on delivering measurable results. If you know how to turn data into actionable insights, drive high-impact campaigns across paid search, programmatic (DV360), and social media, and can connect marketing to real business growth, we should chat! This a client facing role engaging with mostly large corporate clients and working with big budgets.

What to expect?

  • Lead the charge on performance driven digital marketing strategies for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Own campaign execution & optimisation, ensuring every dollar spent delivers maximum ROI.
  • Dive deep into data using GA4 to analyze trends and refine marketing performance.
  • Collaborate across teams, bringing together SEO, traditional media, and web performance to create integrated marketing plans.
  • Mentor and support the team, sharing your expertise in paid media to elevate campaign success.
  • Think beyond the click, connecting marketing efforts to broader commercial success.


What do you need?

  • Agency experience, with a strong track record in performance marketing.
  • Hands on expertise in GA4, with the ability to translate data into meaningful strategies.
  • Strategic campaign planning skills, with a solid understanding of SEO and traditional media.
  • A commercial mindset, always looking at marketing through a business impact lens.
  • The ability to lead and inspire, helping both clients and team members grow.
  • An agile approach, comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
