What you'll do:

As an Events & Marketing Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's global event strategy. You'll take ownership of the entire event life cycle - from initial planning stages right through to post-event analysis. Your expertise in developing integrated marketing campaigns will be crucial in driving attendance and engagement at these events. Collaborating closely with various teams within the organisation, you'll align event objectives with broader business goals. Your passion for education and creating meaningful event experiences will shine through as you represent the company at key industry events.

  • Lead the full event life cycle, from planning and promotion to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns (email, social media, content) to drive attendance, engagement, and sales opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads, ensuring strong ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Represent the company at key events, manage activations, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyse event success metrics and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.

With over 5 years' experience in a similar role, you have a proven track record in executing events from start to finish and engaging audiences effectively. Your hands-on experience in planning marketing-driven events sets you apart from others. You're comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with various teams within an organisation. Your skills extend beyond just event management - you're also adept at digital marketing, content creation, performance tracking. A willingness to travel frequently and lead on-site activations is a must.

  • 5+ years’ experience in event management, event marketing or a related role.
  • Strong track record in end-to-end event execution and audience engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing-driven event planning, lead generation, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and event operations teams.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and lead on-site activations.
