Job Description

Opportunity: Join an industry leader known for innovation and excellence. We're hiring an Autonomous Printing Operator for our Manufacturing Printing client in Hamilton, responsible for autonomous work during the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently meet and exceed production expectations, ensuring defect-free results.
  • Set up custom orders, verify data sheets, and maintain accurate packaging schedules autonomously.
  • Manage paperwork, ink dispensing, plate installation, and production ticketing independently.
  • Perform visual checks and adjust machine parameters autonomously.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and plant rules while working independently.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a manufacturing printing role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, efficient task performance, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar autonomous role within manufacturing printing.
  • Familiarity with W&H Press is highly desirable.
  • Computer literacy and valid Driver’s License.
