  • Work alongside New Zealand's most respected luxury advisors and connect with the world’s top suppliers and industry partners via Luxury Travel Collection agents – the ultimate global luxury travel network.
  • Channel your ambition to create exclusive benefits for each client, while building lasting relationships and generating new business through networking and marketing.

What You Can Expect:

Unlimited Earning Potential
We offer a base salary with uncapped earnings. Plus, with our supportive structure, we guarantee you won’t earn less than $60k annually, with the opportunity to earn much more. We also guarantee a minimum earning of $70k during your first 6 months with us to give you time to build your network and learn our systems.

Quality Time with Clients
You’ll meet with clients who book appointments, giving you the time to provide exceptional service and organise unforgettable experiences.

Work-Life Balance
Say goodbye to late nights! Our office environment is predominantly 9-5 Monday to Friday with the potential to work occasional Saturdays on a rotational basis.

Exclusive Industry Perks
The luxury travel industry offers unmatched rewards! 60% of our team have taken educational trips this year alone, and there are so many opportunities to attend prestigious trade shows, luxury events, and exclusive experiences.

As part of Flight Centre Travel Group, you’ll enjoy travel discounts, including for friends and family, making it even easier to explore the world.

Recognition and Rewards
From incredible sales incentives to once-in-a-lifetime global celebration trips, we make sure our people are celebrated.

& Much More!
At Travel Associates, we are offering more than just a job—we’re offering a unique and exciting career in the premium travel industry. If our ambition and passion have sparked yours, we invite you to apply today and join a team that's shaping the future of luxury travel.
