Job Description

Leave your desk job and the gym to stay in peak physical condition while working! We have an exciting role which has opened in our Queenstown yard & drive thru team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service in a busy department that handles multiple functions of the business. Our team is multi-functional which means you have the opportunity to learn and perform different functions within the business.

  • In person Customer Services & Sales (mostly B2B)
  • Operating a forklift daily on a technically challenging site, while strictly adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Loading of goods on to customer vehicles (by hand and by forklift)
  • Picking orders for delivery or collection
  • Completing cycle counts


About you:
You will play a key role in ensuring our loyal customers are given the upmost care and service. To be successful you will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers by being solutions focused. As a people person you will thrive on building rapport with the team and our customers. We are a close-knit supportive team that is looking forward to growth.

  • Must have exceptional customer services skills
  • Must have full clean class 1 driver licence (or higher)
  • Forklift Licence/Experience is an advantage but can be taught on the job
  • Must be fit and healthy: Role is physically demanding and requires frequent heavy lifting
  • Competent computer and numeracy skills will be required.
  • Must have a strong health and safety focus. Safety is a core value for our company, so it is essential that you take safety seriously and have the drive to use safe practices within the workplace.
