We are Copthorne Hotel and Resort, Bay of Islands. Together with Millennium and Kingsgate Hotels, we are one of New Zealand's largest hotel operators and part of an expanding international network of hotels. We are known for our outstanding service experiences and a fantastic team. That's where you come in.

Copthorne Hotel and Resort is looking for an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our fantastic Food & Beverage team.

This is a permanent role focusing on both breakfast and evening shifts. You must be available to work either shift.

Do you need experience?

We offer great training, so you don't necessarily need to have been in this role before. However, it would be advantageous to have at least 1 year in a relevant role. It's important that you understand team work, respect safe food handling practices and enjoy interacting with people. To be successful you will have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will serve customers, making food and drink recommendations and taking orders. Collaborating with kitchen staff and management, you will ensure customer satisfaction in a professional manner. Prior experience with POS systems is advantageous, however not a requirement. Previous A La Carte restaurant or bar experience would be preferred, but not essential.

Hourly rate $23.85 -$24.67 dependent on experience.
