As a Rural Host (Mandarin Speaking), you'll play a vital role in providing a high level of customer service, ensuring safety, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations at Walter Peak. Collaboration with other teams, such as TSS Earnslaw, Front of House, and Kitchen, will be essential to provide a seamless guest experience. You'll host guided tours, sharing insights into Walter Peak's natural environment, history, and landmarks, while delivering engaging and accurate commentary aligned with our interpretation guidelines. Exceptional customer service is key, as you'll warmly greet visitors, anticipate their needs, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and sincerely thank and farewell guests.
