Job Description

The Role

As our Reservations Manager, you are the smooth operator behind every unforgettable stay. You will handle bookings our Homestead, Villas, ensuring everything is accurate, seamless, and tailored to each guest.

You will juggle guest and agent enquiries, track availability, coordinate with internal teams, and make sure no detail is missed—from dietary notes to celebration surprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all guest bookings across phone, email and platforms
  • Manage payments, deposits, and availability like a boss
  • Provide expert channel management
  • Liaise with Activities and Restaurant teams to ensure everything’s on point
  • Respond quickly and warmly to all guest enquiries
  • Spot upsell opportunities and turn good stays into exceptional ones
  • Keep reports tight, clean, and up to date


What you will bring to the role

  • Experience in hotel reservations or travel agency including online channel management
  • Sharp eye for detail and organisation
  • Confident, friendly communication style
  • You are no stranger to RMS, Opera or similar systems
  • Proactive mindset—you see the details before they’re missed
