About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our manufacturing team and assist in various production areas, including:

• Preparing materials
• Operating blending and manufacturing equipment
• Fulfilling manufacturing orders
• Stacking and wrapping pallets
• Dispatching goods
• Forklift driving
• General laboring duties (including filling and lifting bags)

Training & Skills Required
On-the-job training will be provided in:

• Safe operation of plant machinery and forklifts
• Routine maintenance procedures
• Equipment cleaning
• The ideal candidate must:
• Be comfortable with numbers
• Follow written instructions and in-house systems
• Be reliable, accurate, and efficient
• Take responsibility for tasks and step up when needed
