You’ve got 6-12 months of kitchen experience under your belt, ideally in a hotel setting, and are eager to take the next step. You thrive on creating innovative dishes and collaborating with a fantastic team. Menu development, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work weekends are second nature to you.
