The Role

In this Estimator role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring project success by delivering accurate cost estimations and bids for civil engineering projects. This position is perfect for those looking to impact local infrastructure positively.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects
  • Reviewing and analysing tender documents and project requirements
  • Collaborating with project managers and clients to align on project scope
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Supporting the project team in budget tracking and cost control


Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in civil estimation or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
