What will you be doing?

  • Provide guidance to your team on all aspects of agency recruitment, identifying areas for coaching and development, and lead team reviews
  • Build amazing relationships and gain a detailed understanding of your clients & candidates (including many coffees and lunches!)
  • Bring your passion for knowledge to work and become an expert in your space by running your own desk and doing market research
  • Foster our large existing client base and identify new business opportunities
  • Source, select and match candidates to suitable roles, introducing them to our clients and guiding them through the hiring process
  • Smash revenue targets and team KPIs together - we celebrate our individual and team wins with quarterly incentives like winery tours


About You

  • You have fantastic coaching, mentoring and leadership experience
  • You have either strong experience as a Recruitment Consultant
  • You are entrepreneurial and enjoy developing your own ideas and strategies to be successful
  • You are driven and you want to succeed in a fast-paced & team-focused environment
  • You are relationship focused and are able to quickly become a trusted advisor through a combination of credibility and personality
  • You are not scared of business development and you enjoy speaking to & meeting new people
