ABOUT THE ROLE
This Sunday to Thursday, 27 hours per week role is for a bright and bubbly, customer orientated Smiggler! As our Assistant Manager you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

To excel in this role you will have a passion for our products and be delighted by kids and parents alike. You will approach every day with an attitude of play!

  • Creative – you can maintain visual merchandising standards
  • A Strong Leader – you can lead, coach and develop your team members to smash their KPI's
  • Experienced – you have previous management experience in a fast paced environment
