We have an opportunity to join our Financial Crime Technology team as Senior Analyst Programmer - Robotics. This is a chance to be part of the team at the forefront of transforming the banking experience through technology.

We sat down with our Principal Pega System Architect, and they let us know the following about the role.

What are some of the tasks the person in this role will complete?

  • Maintaining and evolving the automation platform (Blue Prism)
  • Analysing functional and non-functional requirements in order to design and perform the appropriate development strategy
  • Clearly communicating the strategy & the plan to the business and the team.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies including stand up, retrospective, planning and demonstration and assisting the team to deliver on its commitments.

What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?

The focus in this role will be the Blue Prism upgrade, reviewing the future strategy for process automation and looking at business opportunities across BNZ initiatives.
