The Client: Our client is transforming into a global multi-category leader, focused on reducing health impacts. They seek a Territory Sales Representative in Auckland, NZ, to drive business strategies and engage with customers. This permanent role offers a competitive benefits package, bonus scheme, and a fully maintained company vehicle while reporting to the Area Manager as part of the National Field team.

What you'll do:

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be the face of our client's New Zealand operations. Your day will primarily involve being out on the road, visiting customers in your 'patch'. You'll utilise your specialist product and brand knowledge to engage with customers, acting as their point of reference. Your role will involve analysing store-specific data to drive growth, engaging in commercial conversations, building strong business partnerships with retailers, and ensuring the successful execution of strategies within your territory. You'll also be tasked with meeting and exceeding performance targets while continually developing your skills to adapt to the changing industry.


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Territory Sales Representative role brings a minimum business degree or prior experience in sales/marketing. You possess a customer-focused approach coupled with a solutions-driven mentality. Your strong selling, negotiation and objective handling skills set you apart from others. You have a proven track record in building close working relationships with diverse partners. Excellent planning and prioritisation skills are essential for this role. A valid New Zealand driver’s licence and safe driving record are required.
