Job Description

RealNZ is seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Accounting Manager to take charge of our financial accounting processes and reporting. This opportunity has arisen as one of our team members is moving out of the area. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, manage compliance requirements, and ensure the effective operation of financial controls across the Group. You'll work closely with the GM Finance to support strategic reporting and drive improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

This role is central to maintaining strong financial systems and delivering consolidated financial results, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. You'll lead a talented team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. Managing the year-end financial process and acting as the primary contact for external auditors will also be a critical part of your responsibilities.



What You'll Bring:

  • Chartered Accountant qualification (CA).
  • Expertise in IFRS and financial reporting.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
