Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery/Project Manager to join their team. This role requires an individual with a high level of attention to detail, capable of overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex and technology driven projects . The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with contractual SLAs, while coordinating provisioning tasks across end users, third parties, customers and internal teams. You will have a deep technical understanding as well as strong background in the telecommunications industry.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex services/projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with contractual SLAs
  • Coordinate provisioning tasks across various stakeholders
  • Act as the primary contact for end users and customers during solution design and deployment
  • Liaise between customers, engineering teams, and third-party providers to coordinate activities
  • Work closely with network engineers, solution architects, and provisioning teams to ensure service readiness
  • Refine provisioning, activation, and service delivery processes to improve outcomes
  • Document workflows to create efficiency and repeatable process for future projects


What you bring:

  • Strong project management skills - ideally Agile / PRINCE2 certified
  • High level attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple parties. Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience in refining processes for improved outcomes
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams. Experience working on data migrations
  • 10+ years experience, ideally within telecommunications
