Administrative Coordinator
The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent part-time administrative position within an architectural design firm located in Palmerston North. In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  • Focused on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Creative and resourceful, with strong design skills, common sense, and high initiative.
  • Approachable and adaptable, maintaining a "can-do" attitude.
  • Flexible and open to adjusting as needed in a dynamic role.
  • Professionally presented with a polished and professional demeanour.
  • Working collaboratively with the team and reporting directly to the director.
  • Available to occasionally work extra hours when required


Days + Hours

  • 9 am - 2 pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • 20/25 hours a week.


Required Attributes

  • Minimum Level 2 in NCEA Numeracy and Literacy
  • Proven experience in Xero, Workflow Max is preferred
  • Experience using architectural/ design software is beneficial
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient
