Edmond Air is a well established Auckland based business specialising in commercial air conditioning and ventilation.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced part time Administration Assistant to join the team at our Central Auckland based business.

This is a permanent role, 20-25 hours per week, with some flexibility around start and finish times for the right person.

Core duties include:

  • Data entry and invoicing
  • Processing of service reports
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner
  • General Office duties and customer service


Required skills and attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A good working knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
  • Great organisational, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • A positive personality that is able to deal with a range of people and tasks
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy in all areas
