Job Description

The Company

  • The company have been in business for over 100 years and have a large network of clients across the South Island.
  • They work on a range of diverse projects such as Skyline Gondola, New Dunedin Hospital, Ayrburn, and a number of large-scale subdivisions.

The Role

  • Prepare fee estimates and proposals
  • Mentor junior employees
  • Oversee project management of projects (time, cost, stakeholders, resources), including delegating work as required
  • Foster good relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Liaise with Councils and LINZ on survey and all related matters
  • Provide relevant reports to office


About You

  • Can lead projects and liaise with clients at all levels
  • Has a relevant Surveying or Land Development Engineering qualification
  • Experience on a variety of land development projects
  • Experience with 12d Model and CAD software
  • Experience with NZ codes and standards
  • Ideally minimum 8 years' experience
  • Is highly capable in field of expertise
