We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pricing & Revenue Analyst to become a key member of our Commercial Finance team, based at our Penrose office. In this important role, you’ll deliver in-depth reporting and ongoing business analysis to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of our building products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the continuous review, coordination, optimisation, and establishment of effective pricing strategies and policies
  • Develop and maintain pricing and other related models
  • Analyse historical and current pricing data to generate insights and ensure compliance with pricing governance requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the Pricing Manager to align and implement pricing strategies across customer segments and regions
  • Work alongside Category and Regional Sales Managers to optimise the performance of Laminex product categories through regular performance reviews and insights
  • Contribute to the creation of a framework for Laminex BI reporting using Power BI, ensuring the integrity of BI data loads and comprehensive business reporting
  • Assist in enhancing the business’s planning capabilities, focusing on pricing strategy, market share growth, and improved customer profitability


Your Background

  • Previous experience, at least 3-5 years in a Pricing and/or Analytical role
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Accountancy, Finance or Business)
  • Proficient in both Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential for success in this role. Knowledge of SQL would be highly regarded
  • Strong quantitative skills for analysing data and trends to support the development of effective pricing strategies
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver commercially sound outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
