Lawn and Garden Care Operations Support Needed ASAP

The company you'll be working for began with a desire to curate stunning outdoor spaces and has a proven history of success and achievement. The team is passionate about enhancing existing gardens and creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor areas clients can admire and enjoy. Their exceptional lawn mowing, and gardening services extend to residential, commercial, and facility properties. They manage lawn mowing and gardening requirements across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, education, sports and recreation, hospitality, and government.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
As part of your role, you will have clients assigned to you, and you will be responsible for delivering a professional lawn and gardening service. You will send them a report after every visit and be the main point of contact. You will be responsible for looking after your tools and van and getting the materials needed for every job.

  • Support and develop franchisees: You'll lead and mentor our franchise owners by sharing your knowledge and providing training on-site or running workshops. You will work closely with them to ensure they are following the best practices in the industry and reaching the desirable standards.
  • Business development: You will play a vital role in increasing our services in the region. You will meet leads or existing clients to quote our services. You will ensure that every service or project quote is delivered on time, with high quality and exceeding our client's expectations.
  • Schedules: You will keep updating your schedule of work and our busy franchisees' calendar

  • 3+ years of proven prior experience in the industry/role.
  • Ideally, qualifications in Horticulture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Flexible to travel across South Island with overnight stay as and when required
  • Flexible to work weekends and public holidays when required.
