About the role
We're looking for casual Caregivers to join our awesome teams supporting with our clinical teams in our Care Homes in the Kapiti Coast. These roles are ideal if you want some work over the holiday period, want some extra money without the permanent hours or want to have a go at a different role earning while you learn! This could be great for someone located or easily accessible to the area by car or public transport.

Some of the great things you will be doing:

  • Provide exceptional care to our residents - ensuring they feel safe, supported, and comfortable
  • Working under the guidance of our registered nurses
  • Working in a supportive environment in a modern care facility

About you
We are looking for someone with the right attitude with excellent communication skills and a good level of fitness and who can work as part of a team to provide a high level of care. You maybe at level 0 or 4/5- we will consider your application to find you a suitable place within our teams. Some things that will support your application include:

  • Careerforce qualification or equivalent will be advantageous
  • Good level of fitness
  • Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is highly beneficial
  • Empathy and a love of making a difference in our residents' lives
