What you'll do daily

  • Engage senior clients on nCino implementation best practice, how to leverage the platform as holistically as possible and where to integrate with other solutions
  • Host client facing workshops, using a variety of in person and digital tools, including design thinking and other structured workshop methods to help design and tailor the nCino solution
  • Analyse business needs to develop requirements, user stories and other ways of describing client needs leveraging nCino out of the box processes as extensively as possible
  • Perform the detailed design of business processes and functional application design using best practices for nCino implementations.
  • Present prototypes of configured nCino processes as playbacks to clients and their stakeholders
  • Configure, build, and test the nCino application and/or direct other team members in doing so, using playbooks and nCino best practice where appropriate
  • Share nCino implementation experience regularly with the broader Accenture nCino network helping to drive continued enhancement and expansion of the community
  • Participate in transitions of the application or functional components to the testers.
  • Assist with the identification of functional and non-functional defects within the integrated nCino solution.
  • Participate in practice building activities such as presenting at brown bag sessions, maintain relevance with ongoing nCino and Salesforce certifications and look to become a champion of nCino collaboration internally.


Candidates with a background in the Banking and Financial Sector will be highly regarded.
