About the role

We are seeking a 'superstar' receptionist for a full-time role at our lovely village, Forest Lake Gardens, located in Hamilton. Reporting to the Assistant Village Manager, you will provide quality and timely reception and administration support, which enables effective service delivery for our residents, staff, and visitors.

This role is working Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm. We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and passion for customer service and can remain 'calm under pressure' and to be the first point of contact for residents, staff, contractors and visitors. This role is pivotal to ensure a 'welcoming' atmosphere at our village reflects the service standards we excel at.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Professionally welcomes visitors and answers all calls and queries in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Ensures the Reception area is kept neat and tidy.
  • General administrative task & support to the team in general.


About You

You will have had previous experience in a similar role and understand how first impressions certainly count. You are a team player with a positive and welcoming attitude, and you always go 'above and beyond' in all you do. You have excellent 'all round' admin and computer skills, a can-do attitude and are happy to put your hand up to help when needed. Professional but friendly, you will become the source of knowledge for all things at the village.
