Job Description

Bayleys Property Management is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a driven Business Development Manager to join our Queenstown team. This role is all about relationships, results, and real growth in one of New Zealand’s most dynamic property markets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving growth by securing new property management agreements
  • Collaborating closely with Bayleys Sales agents to leverage investor referrals
  • Engaging with leads from website inquiries and walk-ins
  • Building strong referral networks with mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and other professionals
  • Appraising properties and presenting tailored proposals to new clients
  • Reporting on performance and staying ahead of market trends


What we’re looking for:

  • A confident, people-first communicator with sales or business development experience
  • Someone with property management or real estate knowledge (bonus points!)
  • A proactive self-starter who’s ready to own their role and outcomes
  • Someone who thrives on targets, networking, and conversion
  • A valid NZ Driver’s Licence is essential
