Job Description
Our client is seeking a Head of Content to take charge of their global content strategy. This role will require you to provide proactive, positive leadership around the brand, guiding and supporting internal teams to align with messaging guidelines effectively without stifling creativity or agility. You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimising processes for content production at scale, ensuring efficient, high-quality content creation and delivery.
What you'll do:
As the Head of Content, your role will be multifaceted. You will be expected to develop a global content strategy that supports demand generation at every stage of the funnel. Your leadership skills will be put to use as you guide internal teams to align with messaging guidelines effectively. You will also be tasked with building processes for large-scale content production. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be crucial as you work with various teams to tailor content according to specific needs. Additionally, you will lead the creation of strategic content for various events.
- Develop and maintain a global content calendar in close collaboration with Product Marketing
- Recruit, manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of content creators and strategists
- Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation team to ensure content strategies effectively support measurable growth in key pipeline metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and revenue.
- Lead thought leadership and public relations, positioning the company as a trusted, authoritative voice in educational technology.
- Direct global social media and community engagement strategies to boost brand visibility, drive deep engagement, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Partner closely with sales, product marketing, customer success, events, and executive leadership to tailor content to specific segments, global regions, and customer needs.
- Lead the creation and delivery of strategic content for events, conferences, webinars, and workshops.
- Measure, report, and optimise content effectiveness through data-driven insights.

- Demonstrated ability to create targeted, measurable pipeline-generating content across diverse marketing channels.
- Proven expertise in SEO, analytics, performance measurement, and content optimization.
- Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced settings.
