Job Description

The Company

  • My client has provided Land Surveying, Planning & Engineering Design services from Coromandel to Southland since the mid 90s
  • With 30 employees, they still maintain the qualities of a small business where you are not just another employee but a part of the family.


The Role

  • Experience in Stormwater Design & Calculations.
  • Design reports & 3 Waters Assessment report writing.
  • Civil 3D roads & services reticulation design.
  • Experience in Wastewater Pump Design.
  • Initial engineering analysis & costing of Projects.
  • Project & construction management.
  • Contract administration & supervision.
  • Ensuring compliance with engineering Consent conditions.


About You

  • They are seeking a self-motivated individual with at least 5-10yrs NZ experience in land development, wastewater pump design & stormwater design.
  • Good communications skills and the ability to deal with clients, contractors and Councils are essential.
  • They are looking for someone who has Civil 3D experience & is competent in Design & report writing.
  • Some Project & Construction Management would also be an advantage.
