The Venue
Ortolana is where we started to bring the garden to the city. Ortolana is ‘market gardener’ in Italian and is where we use the best seasonal, local produce from local growers. The Opportunity
We are searching for a Part-time Waiter. Ideally, you will have experience minimum two years experience as a waiter in a comparable venue, a good knowledge of food and beverage would be a huge advantage, the ability to communicate and up-sell food and beverage offerings, a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional dining experiences, and the ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays is essential.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional dining experiences to all of our guests.
  • Offering recommendations, taking food and beverage orders, and serving.
  • Ensure all product offerings and service are of exceptional quality .
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of of food and beverage offerings.
  • Working cohesively with both front of house and back of house and ensuring communication is open.
  • Being an ambassador for your venue and for Savor.
