In this role, you will take ownership of processing export orders and coordinating export freight bookings while also supporting customer service needs across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Timely and accurate processing of export orders and export freight bookings
Providing customer service support across various business units
Maintaining effective communication with international customers-primarily via email
Ensuring all documentation meets export compliance requirements
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in export documentation
Excellent written communication skills (email is your superpower!)
Proficiency in Excel and SAP (advantageous)
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
The ability to follow procedures precisely and maintain compliance
Great interpersonal and communication skills
