Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Prioritization and Time Management: Effectively prioritize and manage tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Soft Skills & Tech Savvy: Agile and adaptable to new systems, with a strong grasp of computer skills and modern software platforms.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team by organizing workflows, delegating tasks, and ensuring effective execution.
  • Hands-On Approach: Willingness to get directly involved in processes, contributing to the team’s success.
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors through clear communication.
  • Geographical Knowledge: A good understanding of world geography and the ability to identify country locations.


Bonus Skills (not required but highly valued):

  • Forklift certification and operating ability.
  • Experience with Cargowise is a plus, particularly for overseeing impending export consolidations and ensuring export cargo is ready for shipment.


Key Requirements:

  • Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent Administrative Skills: Strong ability to follow processes and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in written and verbal English, with a positive attitude.
