You will be instrumental in developing strategies that identify, engage, and nurture prospects, helping the organisation connect with decision-makers and school systems across the globe.
What you'll do:
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this dynamic organisation.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy.
- Own the relationship with our paid media agency for demand-gen initiatives.
- Analyse market data, customer behaviour, and feedback to understand Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Partner closely with the sales team to align on key accounts, goals, and messaging.
- Deploy ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts with personalised messaging.
- Design technical customer journeys and automated workflows that move prospects through the funnel.
- Measure pipeline performance using key metrics such as MQLs, SALs, SQLs, pipeline growth, and ROI.
- Explore new marketing opportunities and channels.
What you bring:
You should have proven experience creating and owning demand generation programs, ideally in SaaS and international markets.
- Proven experience creating and owning demand generation programs.
- Ability to design and execute personalised multi-channel campaigns.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation platforms including CRM systems.
- Proven success working closely with sales and data teams.
- Data-driven approach to tracking, measuring, and optimising performance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
