As a Scrum Master, you will:

  • Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies and support teams to manage themselves effectively.
  • Coach teams on agile best practices while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the Product Backlog for optimal results.
  • Help teams navigate change with confidence, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Remove obstacles to ensure seamless delivery of value.


Key skills:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, driving successful agile initiatives.
  • Agile certifications (SAFe certification is highly desirable).
  • Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • A knack for adapting to and leading through change.
