Aotea Electric Marlborough is well respected within the Marlborough. We enjoy working with a variety of clients covering domestic, industrial and commercial sites. We specialise in Electrical, HVAC, Fire, Security and Solar.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced HVAC / Refrigeration Service Installer with possibility to evolve into supervisor Role to join our team.

The successful applicant will be joining a small HVAC team with the goal of being a team leader.

We are looking for applicants who have experience in any of the following areas:
Pricing repairs and installation work.

  • Repairs of all types of HVAC and control systems.
  • Installation of split, ducted, cassette and multi system heat pumps, VRF
  • Installation of heat recovery, air handler unit, roof top packaged, hydronic heat pump systems and other large commercial systems


You will have the following attributes and experience:

  • Reliable, understands teamwork and the role of being a successful team leader.
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating with clients and leading projects through to successful completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Passion to seek out projects with existing clients and ability to talk with potential clients about their requirements.
  • Someone who gets along with others, has a good work ethic and an eye for detail.
  • HVAC and or Refrigeration trade certificate.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
  • General engineering ducting, welding and pipe fittings experience.
  • Full Driver Licence.
