Foam Products is a NZ family-owned business, based in Otahuhu. We manufacture Polyurethane foam - Cutting, shaping, packing and distributing to many different industries throughout New Zealand.

We're currently GROWING and are looking for a Foam Cutter to join our team.

This is a varied role and will involve cutting foam on our vertical and horizontal saws, profiling shapes, gluing foam and packing orders. We will also train the right candidate to be the backup foam maker.

The job offers quite a lot of variety, and we will train you in all aspects of the role.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to:

  • Have previous foam cutting experience, or experience using band saws
  • Have a stable work history and solid attendance
  • Be reliable, with a good employment history
  • Be able to read and understand job specification sheets
  • Have a good grasp of the English language and basic mathematics
  • Legally allowed to work full time in NZ
  • Be in good physical shape - you will be required to have a basic pre startup medical.


This is a full time position working 40 hours per week - 9 hours a day Monday - Thursday and 4 hours on a Friday.
