As a Scrum Master, you will:
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies and support teams to manage themselves effectively.
- Coach teams on agile best practices while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the Product Backlog for optimal results.
- Help teams navigate change with confidence, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Remove obstacles to ensure seamless delivery of value.
Key skills:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, driving successful agile initiatives.
- Agile certifications (SAFe certification is highly desirable).
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- A knack for adapting to and leading through change.
