About the Role
As our Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives, crafting compelling campaigns that engage learners and communities. This role is based in South Auckland and Auckland Central, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive student enrolments.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Create engaging content that resonates with our audience and reflects our mission.
Coordinate events and community outreach to strengthen Solomon Group's presence.
Analyse marketing performance and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Work collaboratively across teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging.
What You Bring:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least two years of marketing experience - education or not-for-profit experience is a bonus.
Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management and email marketing.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
The ability to juggle multiple projects with creativity and efficiency.
An understanding of Māori and Pasifika culture and values is highly desirable.
