The role

We are looking for a highly skilled Fitter-Turner-Welder with experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Expertise in plasma and profile cutters is a valuable asset. If you are a versatile and experienced professional, we want to hear from you! You will contribute to the design, manufacture, and maintenance of our high-performance mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fitting & Turning Interpret engineering drawings to manufacture and assemble high-precision mechanical components.
  • Welding: Use MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques for assembly and repairs.
  • Perform hydraulic fitting and both CNC and conventional machining.
  • Conduct general manufacturing tasks such as fitting, keywaying, and welding.
  • Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Install, maintain, and repair these systems for optimal machinery operation.
  • Execute preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet specifications and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.


Qualifications

  • A Fitter/ Turner trade qualification is required
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 manufacturing practices
  • Hydraulics, fitting, machining and general manufacturing experience.
  • Min 5-year experience in manufacturing workshop
