About the Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives, crafting compelling campaigns that engage learners and communities. This role is based in South Auckland and Auckland Central, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive student enrolments.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our audience and reflects our mission.
  • Coordinate events and community outreach to strengthen Solomon Group's presence.
  • Analyse marketing performance and refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging.


What You Bring:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least two years of marketing experience - education or not-for-profit experience is a bonus.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management and email marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects with creativity and efficiency.
  • An understanding of Māori and Pasifika culture and values is highly desirable.
